This comes from AliThinks, one of my favorite blogs.
Yesterday I wrote a new story. Today I had a dry day and couldn't come up with anything to write about so I was glad to be tagged to write a list of Ten Things I've Never Done. Enjoy! Edit! Comment!
My ten things:
10.) I’ve never held a real gun, not even a hunting rifle or a BB gun.
9.) I’ve never changed a car’s tires, oil, washer fluid, or anything else besides the radio station and the gear shift. I have changed dozens of bicycle tires, my opinion on the existence of God, my mind and my physical address more times than I like to admit.
8.) I’ve never watched anyone die and I’ve never watched anyone get born. I always come into these situations after the fact and am still awed by the experience.
7.) I’ve never done any hard drugs.
6.) I’ve never been baptized but I have taken communion (“illegally” some might say).
5.) I’ve never loved anyone correction: I've never loved any man as much as I loved my highschool sweetheart, a relationship that ended ten years ago.
4.) I’ve never regretted NOT going to prom, NOT attending any graduation ceremony since the 6th grade or leaving the small town I grew up in as soon as possible.
3.) I’ve never been able to remember a time when I did NOT know how to read, or swim.
2.) I’ve never published any of my fiction and only very little of my nonfiction.
1.) I've never tried until now.

I've never been able to remember not knowing how to read, either. Visiting Finland and the Soviet Union in 1987 made me conscious of this fact.
I've never been very graceful or flexible, either.
Thanks for playing along. Don't forget to "tag" someone. ;-)
